These terms govern your use of yomyomlogistics.com, YomTrace and the other digital services of YomYom Services Limited (“YomYom”, “we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Questions? Email info@yomyomlogistics.com.

1. About us

YomYom Services Limited is a Ghanaian agri-logistics company offering haulage, port container pickup, storage and traceability services. We work with our own riders and drivers and with partner drivers, truck owners, hubs and businesses.

2. Using our services

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of our website or platforms without notice, and we are not liable if they are unavailable at any time. If you have a YomTrace or other account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

3. Bookings and service agreements

Enquiries sent through this website or WhatsApp are requests, not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the vehicle, price and schedule with you. Haulage, storage and traceability services may also be covered by a separate written agreement or waybill, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use our services unlawfully or in breach of any local or international law. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to restricted parts of our systems, or damage or disrupt our services or the resources used to provide them.

5. Content standards

Anything you submit to our services, such as messages, records or uploads, must be accurate where it states facts and must comply with the laws of Ghana. It must not:

• be defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory, or promote violence or discrimination;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, database right or trademark;
• deceive anyone, breach a legal duty owed to a third party, or promote illegal activity;
• threaten, abuse or invade anyone’s privacy, or harass, upset or alarm anyone;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation, including with YomYom.

6. Suspension and termination

If you breach sections 4 or 5, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including withdrawing your access, removing your content, issuing a warning, taking legal action to recover our costs, or sharing information with law enforcement where we reasonably believe it is necessary.

7. Intellectual property

We own or license all intellectual property in our website, YomTrace and our materials, including the YomYom and YomTrace names and logos. You may view and use this content for your own non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, republish or distribute it without our written permission. Partner names and logos belong to their owners.

8. Information on this website

Content on this website is for general information. Figures and descriptions are provided in good faith, but they are not a binding offer or professional advice, and we may update them at any time.

9. Our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our website and platforms are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we are not liable for:

• errors or omissions on our website or platforms;
• content on third-party websites we link to;
• the website or platforms being unavailable;
• viruses or system failures connected with your use of our services;
• any indirect, special or consequential loss.

Our liability for any haulage, storage or other service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, unless your service agreement says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ghanaian law.

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Material you share with us

You keep ownership of material you upload. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it as needed to provide and improve our services, including sharing traceability records with the buyers and partners involved in a trade. We do not sell your personal information.

12. Links to other sites

Links to third-party websites, such as WhatsApp, news sites and partners, are for your information only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of our services.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by changing this page. Please check it from time to time. The changes apply from the date they are posted.
