YomYom Services Limited has been named Marketing-Oriented Postal and Courier Service of the Year (Domestic), 2025, by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG).
The award was presented on 17 October 2026 at the 37th Annual National Marketing Performance Awards, held at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra.
It is the third year in a row that CIMG has recognised YomYom in the postal and courier category. YomYom was named Postal and Courier Services Domestic Company of the Year for 2023, and again for 2024.
What the judges recognised
In its citation, CIMG pointed to YomYom’s shared-load model. Customers moving goods between towns pay only for the space their goods take on the truck, instead of hiring a whole truck. The institute called it an innovation that lets customers pay “for the space occupied by their goods”.
The citation also recognised how YomYom uses technology. Through its web platform and mobile apps, CIMG said, the company is “simplifying how customer requests and bookings are managed effectively and efficiently” for more than 10,000 customers.

What it means for customers
The award follows a busy year for YomYom Go, the company’s booking app. Customers book a motorbike, tricycle, shared truck or full truck, see the price before they book and follow the delivery live. For a shared truck, they pick their items and the app works out the space and the price for them.
Full trucks can also be booked to and from Burkina Faso, Togo, Benin and Côte d’Ivoire, with customs clearance at both borders and an escort available on request.
